By accessing or using Jagraon Properties ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and verifying your mobile number via OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

Owners and dealers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the property information, pricing, and media they submit. Jagraon Properties reviews listings before publishing but does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party content.

You may not use the Platform to post fraudulent listings, misrepresent property details, harass other users, or scrape data for unauthorized commercial use.

We may suspend or terminate any account — including dealer accounts — that violates these Terms, breaches our platform policies, or is used to upload abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise unsafe content. Where practical, we will notify the account holder of the reason for suspension. Suspended accounts lose access to the Platform's listing and messaging features until reinstated at our discretion.

Jagraon Properties acts as a listing platform and is not a party to any transaction between users. We are not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from interactions between property seekers, owners, and dealers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Punjab having jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
